Description

This blend was created by our team in our store on Old Airport Road. For months we blended different types and ratios of our various coffee beans then gathered to taste and rate each blend. After hundreds of tweaks and changes, we came up with this: Our Aurora Blend Coffee.

We invite you to taste the colours of the beautiful dancing aurora and the labour of our efforts, enjoy a cup of uniquely Northern coffee.

This blend is a mix of medium and dark roast beans, it has a strong bold flavour with a deliciously smooth finish.
